You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and returned with its original product packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used or altered items are not eligible unless an issue was present on arrival.

Email service@tearim.com with your order number, item, reason for the request, and clear photos or video when they help explain the issue.

If approved, support will send return authorization, the correct return address, and instructions. Do not ship before receiving them. Do not use the business/shipping address as a return address unless support specifically confirms it.

For a change-of-mind or personal-preference return, the customer pays return postage. The original outbound shipping charge is not refunded for this type of return. We do not charge a restocking or repackaging fee.

For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item reported within 7 calendar days after delivery, Tearim™ provides a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund including the original shipping charge.

After an approved return reaches the authorized facility, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and refund processing. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

A bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to display the credit.

Request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing service@tearim.com with your order number. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.

After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled through this process; you may request a return under this policy.
