Orders are processed and dispatched from our business facility at No. 1, Juhe 6th Street, Jufuyuan Industrial Park, Tongzhou Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing, China, Room 8029 (Cluster Registration).

After payment verification, allow 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) for processing and carrier handoff.

Estimated transit is 7–15 business days from the carrier’s acceptance scan. This is the transportation period after processing and handoff. Actual delivery may vary with destination, carrier operations, weather, and other events.

Shipping charges are calculated for the order and destination and shown at checkout before payment is submitted. The amount displayed in the final checkout summary is the amount due.

We currently ship to the United States only. Expedited and international delivery are not offered under this policy.

After the carrier accepts and scans your parcel, we email the tracking number and carrier tracking information. Use the carrier’s tracking page for the latest movement.

Email service@tearim.com with your order number and tracking number if a shipment is delayed or tracking appears stalled. We will review the shipment and assist with a carrier inquiry, then share updates as the carrier responds.

If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, you may choose a replacement shipment or a refund including the original shipping charge.

If we learn that an order cannot be dispatched within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay and revised timing and explain available options for an unshipped order, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
