Product descriptions, prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes are displayed during shopping and checkout. Review the final order summary before submitting payment.

Submitting an order at checkout is your affirmative request to purchase the listed items. Browsing alone does not create a purchase obligation. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material listing or pricing error is identified, we will contact you about the affected order and any payment adjustment or refund.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. After dispatch, the Return & Refund Policy applies. Carrier handoff does not waive customer rights or support obligations.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; Tearim™ provides a prepaid label for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 calendar days.
